The power LED and/or the IDE/Hard drive LED does not light on your system even though the system is turned on and working perfectly fine.
Most likely this will be caused by the polarity of the LED connector being incorrect or the connector being loose from the motherboard.
Make sure the LED connector is firmly connected to the motherboard and to the correct jumper listed in the motherboard manual.
If the connection is solid check the polarity of the connection to make sure it is correct.
