You are unable to login to the Trend Micro OfficeScan management console, due to a forgotten password.
This effects the server management console, and not the client uninstallation.
You forgot, or do not have documented the password for your Trend Micro OfficeScan server management console.
Reset the password to a default of "1".
To do this open up the folder where Trend Micro OfficeScan is installed (Normally c:\program files\Trend Micro\OfficeScan ).
Try logging into the management console now with the password of "1" (again without the quotes)
If this does not work, try restarting the OfficeScan Master service.
